GENERAL

Kopplin Controls started in 1958 and has constantly expanded the product line and customer base. By 1987 Kopplin Controls had added electrical controls, several active safety products and sensors and were in the top 20 growth companies in Michigan.

We continue to grow, even in these troubled economic times and have recently expanded adding Jackson Bearing, Inc. and Sensor Instruments-USA to our product line.

Our customer base has grown from Michigan to all of the United States and even beyond.

Our trained staff offers assistance in pneumatic, electrical, automation safety and high tech sensors. Problem solving assistance ranges from simple sensor applications to high speed or high tolerance measuring devices, from color matching to gloss sensors, from machine safety guarding to complete press controls, and from product offerings to project management including design and build.

COLOR SENSORS

Kopplin Controls offers high-quality, low-cost Color sensors that include super-fast and accurate color detection. You can call it color recognition, Color detection or Color matching; we will show superior performance over the competition such as Keyence, Banner, and X-rite. We also offer Laser sensors to measure down to nanometers and UV sensors to check the amount of luminescence or, if gloss, luster or sheen is an issue, we offer sensors for that.

Servicing the rapid development of factory automation, Kopplin Controls is the leading supplier of color sensors, Gloss sensors, Proximity sensors, and UV sensors and measuring instruments. In addition to high-quality automation instruments, Kopplin offers a full range of services provided by its technically trained staff; from application problem-solving and technical support to fast response time for customer requests.

HISTORY

Kopplin Controls started in 1958 as John Kopplin Company. We have incorporated our 45+ years experience in the machine controls, machine guarding, pneumatic controls and sensors, in the manufacturing, metal stamping, and automation industry, in everything we do.

Existing accounts: Standard terms are net 30 days.

New Accounts

Standard terms after approval of completed credit application.
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express accepted.

Return Policy

All returns must have an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number issued by Kopplin Controls prior to our receipt.

Shipping Procedures
Standard stock orders will be shipped within one business day.

Special shipping needs: telephone our office for assistance at 517-787-4700 or 888-901-1000. All orders F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping arrangements include UPS, freight company of your choice, or customer pickup.

Our building is on the southwest corner of Elm Street and Rosehill Road.
